At the day centre we often deal with many delicate issues and there may be a time when you wish to express an opinion a concern, compliment or complaint about a service we provide.

 

If there are faults or room for improvement, we need to know so we can put it right and improve our service.   We are always looking for ways to improve what we do.

We would also love to know if there is something you like about us.

 

We value all feedback, both the good and the bad, and we welcome opportunities to learn and improve the services we offer.

 

The Centre in the Park takes complaints seriously and this is how we deal with them:

 

First of all  - Please discuss your concerns with a member of staff.

 

If you wish to make a formal complaint - The Centre Manager will act as Complaints Officer.
